WILLIAM "BILL" BOSTON
Licensed Funeral Director & Cheese Connoisseur
Bill was born in Stevens Point to the late James & Beatrice Boston. Bill grew up here and attended the local schools. He joined the US Air Force in 1966 and served in Vietnam during the conflict. He was honorably discharged in 1970.
Bill attended college at UW-Stevens Point and UW-River Falls before earning a degree in Mortuary Science from the University of Minnesota. 
After completing his college education, Bill moved back to Stevens Point to join his father working in the family funeral business.
Bill is member of St Stanislaus Catholic Church; St Stanislaus Grief Ministry; Vietnam Veterans Chapter 115 & past president; AMVETS 1051 & past commander; American Legion Post 6; VFW Veterans of Foreign Wars, Odd Fellows Lodge #93; Forty et Eight; and Elks Club.
In his spare time, Bill enjoys camping and relaxing with his grandkids, racing around his backyard on his lawn mower, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
NATHAN BOSTON
Licensed Funeral Director & Polar Plunge Enthusiast
Nate was born to William and Mary Boston in Stevens Point. Being a native of the Stevens Point area, Nate attended the local grade schools, Ben Franklin Junior High, and graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School. He is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point and the University of Minnesota Medical School, Mortuary Science Program.
In his spare time, Nate enjoys martial arts, mountain biking, hiking, camping, kayaking, yoga, travel, relaxing to the sound of his lawn sprinklers, Limburger Cheese, and sushi. He is member of St Bronislava Catholic Church; and is a community advocate sponsor of grief support education ministries for all faiths. He is a member of the Stevens Point Judo Club and Greatwhite MMA.
GEORGE BARNS
Licensed Funeral Director & Master Woodsmen
George is a 1962 graduate of Bangor High School in La Crosse, WI. He attended the UW La Crosse and later transferred to the Wisconsin Institute of Mortuary Science, graduating in 1967. After he served his funeral service apprenticeship, George worked for Boston Funeral Home full time between July of 1967 and July of 1972. George then became employed with the Stevens Point Fire Department. He retired from as Deputy Chief in February of 2000. During his career with the Fire Department, George kept active as a part time funeral director with Boston Funeral home. George assists Boston Funeral Home as a licensed funeral director to this present time.
On October 19, 1963, George married his high school sweet heart Sandi Wegner. They had two sons, Todd and Tim. They have four grandsons and one granddaughter.
George is a Member of St Paul Lutheran Church in Stevens Point. His faith is important to him and his family. George is an active member to the church’s men’s club.
George is a volunteer at the Stevens Point Alternative School in the woodshop. He teaches wood lathe skills.
George and Sandi also volunteer as campground hosts for the month of August in the Northern Highland American Legion State Forest at Crystal Lake Campground.
He enjoys camping and traveling to Florida during the months of March and April with his wife Sandi. In his spare time he enjoys biking, kayaking, woodworking, and watching his grandsons participate in sports.
MARY BOSTON
Office Manager & Administrative Assistant (but we like to call her, "Sarge")
Mary grew up in River Falls, WI on her family’s farm and graduated from River Falls High school. She met and began dating Bill in 1971 while he was attending the UW River Falls. They married in 1973 at St. Marys Catholic Church, before 
moving to Stevens Point. Upon returning, Bill and Mary began a family of their own. She was lucky enough to dedicate her life to her family until her children were in school full time.
Mary had worked several jobs before accepting the opportunity to work for the family business. She started out at the funeral home attending to the bookkeeping. Due to her outgoing and friendly personality, Mary quickly became instrumental in multiple roles within the business. Mary is now a full time office manager; administrative assistant; preneed associate; resource 
supervisor; and above all, she is a friendly face and a compassionate voice.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys the company of her grandchildren. She feels that spoiling them rotten is not only a grandparent’s privilege, but a right. Mary also loves camping, flower gardening, dry walling, and painting. Besides being a compulsive cleaner, Mary is committed to her faith and has a passion for singing. She is a member of St Stanislaus Catholic Church and sings on the Celebrations Choir. She is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, AMVETS Auxiliary 1051, and was a past president.
BRIAN WOZNICKI
Jack of all Trades & Grilling Mogul
Brian is a Jack of all trades. His roles with Boston Funeral Service includes: funeral assistant or attendant, professional driver, detail & maintenance adviser, jokester, and luncheon taste tester (always checking for quality).
He works hard trying to make sure the Funeral Home and funeral vehicles are clean both inside and out. You may often see Brian outside mowing the lawn, or shoveling and blowing snow in the winter. -Be sure to wave or honk when passing by.
In his spare time Brian enjoys hunting, fishing with his two boys Josh and Luke, and family trips with his boys and wife April. One of his true passions is barbequing.
Brian likes to compete in BBQ competitions throughout the state several times a year. Brian is also our Polar Jump Team Mascot… sporting his stylish skunk hat.
DICK WENZEL
Our Transportation Specialist & Golfing Entrepreneur
Dick is a Stevens Point native who grew up in the area and graduated from PJ Jacobs High School. He attended one year of college at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point before entering into the US Army. He served his country for 3 years in the U.S. military while stationed in Germany. He returned to the area and caught on with UPS. Dick worked for UPS as a driver until retiring. Dick married to Beverly Langrehr on July 23, 1984. He has a son Brian and daughter Lorna.
In his spare time Dick enjoys socializing, golf, hunting, and fishing.
Dick’s role with us includes: funeral assistant or attendant, professional driver and currier.
